Swiss AI Boosters (SAB) is an AI consultancy in Lausanne, Switzerland. This page covers the public website.

Booking a 30-minute call sends your name, company, email, the time you chose, and the language of the page. Phone and topic are included when you fill them in. If the booking starts in a conversation with Alba, that conversation is stored with the request.

Calendly creates the meeting and emails the invitation. We keep a copy of the request so the team can prepare, and Resend sends you a confirmation.

What you type to Alba is sent to OpenAI so she can answer. A conversation is stored on our side only when you then book a call or ask for the PDF summary.

Asking for the PDF sends the same contact details as a booking, plus the conversation and the idea you picked. The team replies by email within a few working days.

If you arrive from an ad in ChatGPT, the page loads a measurement script from OpenAI. It does not choose the meeting times. Calendly does that.

The script stores two cookies on this site. One remembers the ad click for 30 days. One is a random browser reference kept for up to a year. When a meeting is actually confirmed, OpenAI receives one event named appointment_scheduled. The page sends it, and our server sends the same event with the same booking id. A blocked script still counts, and the booking is not counted twice.

With that event we send the page address, the ad click when we have it, the internet address and browser of the request, and a fingerprint (a hash) of the email, the name, and the phone number when you gave one. The readable email, name, and phone are not sent for this measurement.

Calendly holds the meeting. OpenAI handles Alba's replies and the ad measurement. Resend delivers the confirmation email. The request itself is stored in our database at Supabase. These providers can process data outside Switzerland.

We do not sell the details you give us.

A request stays while we are in contact about it, and while we need it to know what was agreed. Write to info@swiss-ai-boosters.com and we will delete it. The ad cookies expire on their own: 30 days for the click, one year for the browser reference.

You can ask what we hold about you, ask for a correction, or ask for it to be deleted. You can also complain to the Swiss Federal Data Protection and Information Commissioner (FDPIC).
